Huge happy Wedding Day
to Josh & Kim!
We got off to a rough start after the vows but this is why I cannot stress enough to hire a solid team of professionals for your big day.
A huge storm ripped through Juniata County causing much damage and loss of power. But....... the show MUST go on so everyone pulled together and made things happen to transition their power outage reception into the party they had been wanting.
JUKE BOX Entertainment kept the music flowing despite having no power, Jamie Lee Photography was able to capture all of the shots regardless.of the loss of light, my great Catering Assistants got the Guests all served for dinner, and after Best of Times Bartending and Juke Box Entertainment transitioned the bar and dancing to another location on the property to keep the party going. Despite all of these things the Bride & Groom said their "I do's" and were able to have the Wedding they planned. Maybe a little differently than they envisioned but thanks to all of the wonderful ppl and vendors working together we did it!!! Also to Billie & Curt for all they do anytime there is a.Wedding on their property to ensure that everyone has everything they need and want😊

What a HOT & eventful week!!!!
First we would like to congratulate the New Mr. & Mrs. John Bowman the 4th!
The backdrop for their wedding was the beautiful Raystown Lake with reception to.follow at the gorgeous Convention Center.
Happy Bridal Shower day to one of our Brides Macie who will be saying 'I do" in August. She loved her Hot Pink themed Bridal Shower.
To the Flannery family on the arrival of their.newest family member Oliver, coming soon. Hope you ladies had a.great afternoon celebrating Oliver's arrival.
The Knode family had a triple header celebration with a Son graduating high school, a Daugter graduating College and Mr. Knode Retiring. Best of luck to all of you and this next chapter in each of your lives.
And finally we would like to thank Steph Hartzler for her rental order for her get together .

UPDATE ALL CLIENTS!❣️❣️
As some.of you know and some don't, my son had an accident tues that required surgery and a stay in Danville. We are now out of the "danger zone" for further complications but this will definitely impact the schedule. He will not be allowed to stay home during the day by himself so unfortunately there will be no morning/ afternoon appts available at least in June. June is exceptionally busy this year and we will prioritize all June events(no need for anyone to worry). In the meantime I may not be as responsive to messages and requests but can assure you that events will stay on track as scheduled. Everyone has been wonderful and if you can just be patient with me as I work to navigate the schedule and obligations over the next month it would greatly appreciated.
Thank you to everyone who has checked in on us, offered words of encouragement, and prayers. We appreciate you all😊

We are getting stronger!!!!! Today we worked on transferring and getting across the room. They said he is a real Trooper and they were impressed with how he did.
The fact that he got out of this with no other injuries was truly lucky!

Huge congratulations going out to the Ughetto's on their baby girl due to arrive in July.
I first met Heather when she and Jared were engaged. They used our services for their Wedding and then her twin Sister came to us about rentals for the Bridal Shower they were planning. Now today we were able to help them with the baby shower. This was truly the vision I had for this business when I started it and I couldn't be happier to have our repeat clients use the service the way I always intended. We want to be able to help our Clients with all of their milestone events in life and we absolutely LOVE watching the love and families grow.

The kids wanted a special themed bday party that everyone would enjoy! We love doing events and when it comes to my kiddos I get to use their creative imaginations and make their ideas into.something they will remember forever and this makes my heart so full. So many memories were created yesterday that they will be able to have with them forever and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out for them.
I Also didn't want to spend the day taking pics so we had the talented Mariah Embrela Arts & Photography there to capture all the fun. (These pictures aren't hers and I can't wait to see the party through her lens. Centre Entertainment who provided the amazing glow foam experience and Dj services , Dani s Glittered Events and Creations made the beautiful(and tasty) chocolate covered oreos and pretzels, and Casandra Felmlee stepped in to help with the mocktails and wherever she was needed and to Taste & See Bakery for the over the top absolutely amazing cakes that were exactly what i asked for. We want to sincerely thank everyone that made this day possible for the kids and the memories they made, t meant the world to me and i cant thank you all enough😊

We had an eventful and BUSY week here at YVR!
We want wish Brandon & Cassidey, along with their families the best of luck with their newest family member due to arrive in early June. This little girl will be the first on Brandon's side of the family in almost FIFTY YEARS!!!! What a true blessing and awesome time for these families.
Congratulations to Corey & Darlene who chose the gorgeous Bell Mtn Estates to hold their Lego themed Wedding. Their love for each other and building the sets together were the inspiration for all of their Lego centerpieces along with their 3 tiered unique Lego cake.
Thank you to Celebration Villa who needed items to complete their re launch party held on Weds.
We would like to thank everyone who rented items or used our services this past week. We stayed very busy with 6 total events and we couldn't do what we do without all of you.

Do you have one? You know the person who handles all "things". Takes the chaos away that can come from an unorganized wedding day. There are so many moving parts to flawlessly executing a Wedding Day. Dont try to "go it alone", just hope that things will fall into place or won't go wrong. You've hired profesionals to do their part, but that's just it, they are there to do their part. They are professional about knowing their part but not all aspects of the wedding. All Clients or anyone that we were working on things via text message or other.
The screen went out on my phone causing me to lose all contacts, info, texts, and other important info.
PLEASE send me a text to my number with your name so I know who you are. This will at least be a start to obtaining some of the info. I have all of your contact info saved on intake forms but for now and with everything going on this will be easier for anyone who needs for me to have their number and info. I will be returning to work later this week. Appts and walk thru s scheduled will remain the same. I so appreciate your patience and understanding during this time and appreciate you all working with me to get back on track. Hopefully I can get the screen in My phone fixed and will be able to retrieve all of the lost info. Fingers crossed and I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm truly overwhelmed by each and every one of you that have either just checked on me or even offered to help with the business or any any events that need coverage during this time. You guys are amazing and I am so blessed to work with and have support from such an amazing network of ppl. The fact that you are willing to help me keep "business as usual" while I take this time to myself while running your own is truly selfless and so appreciated.
