I have always had a passion for food and the way it makes people happy. I've learned to cook over many years in the growing restaurant industry and cooking with family. I am starting on a new adventure with a small catering business. I cook everything from home style, upscale dining and everything between. I am able to cater everything from a small intimate gathering to a large party. If you know what you want, I will make it happen! Not sure quite yet what you're looking for? I can come up with ideas based on what you're hosting.

Now a little about myself. I was recently married in August of 2020. My wife is a pastry cook working for one of the largest hotels in the DFW area. I currently work for a company that has taught me a lot about what I like to do, cementing that I am in the right industry. I have worked for many restaurants over the past 15 years, including haven been and Executive Chef for a privately owned company back in my hometown, where I also worked as the catering chef alongside the owner. The name Bubba is what my little sister has always called me, ever since she could talk. That is something very dear to me and I want others to share in the namesake.
