MEET THE CHEF:
Scott Sharkey is the Chef/Owner of "Hey! What's 4 Dinner?"
At the age of 14, Scott attended a vocational high school for Culinary Arts in Upton, MA. He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and upon graduation joined the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in Naples, FL, in 1989.
He quickly progressed through the ranks and within 3 years was promoted to Executive Sous Chef. During his seven-year tenure with the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Scott gained valuable experience in running a 5 Star, 5 Diamond operation. In 1997, he moved to Las Vegas, NV, to work for Caesar’s Palace, opening the new banquet operation for Caesar’s new tower expansion project.
In 1999. Scott joined the Venetian Culinary Opening Team as the Executive Sous Chef and within six months was promoted to Executive Chef. In 2006 Scott joined Le Cordon Bleu as the Executive Chef in charge of Culinary Operations.
Scott and his family moved to the Dallas Metroplex in the Fall of 2010. His entrepreneurial spirit, culinary expertise, and compassion for the community inspired him to open
up “Hey! What’s 4 Dinner?” Scott’s vision is to provide a well-balanced, nutritional and affordable dinner service delivered to the comforts of your home!
