Here are a few more shadowboxes of The Brickyard on Lake Marion..One is complete with relics from the early 1900's and preserved moss once again accenting her photograph..I have 2 more I'm working on and would be glad to do a custom.otder with the current photos's. The 2 completed boxes are 15"L × 12"W and a depth space of 2".

I've shown this hand painted Shadowbox with an original photograph of what all the locals refer to as The Brickyard" on Lake Marion S.C. In actually it is a sunken city in the 1900's that was an old cypress processing mill..The reason they think its a Brickyard is the only remains to this small yet truly elegant historic island are the above and below handmade brick structures. It is not posted as a national park with keep off signs so I was respectful and only took,preserved, and added cored glass, pottery, small handed bricks, and white marble porcelain pieces to accent not only the beauty photo's my Niece took while taking photography but show the true history and beauty that is not really known about.

I am particapting in the upoming Lexingtons Market at Icehouse Amphitheater that starts on May 22 and runs every Sat til Sept. 23nd.
