During your event, the last thing you need is any type of system failure due to poor planning, overloaded circuits, inexperienced rigging, or even damage to the facility. Our goal is to help ensure that your event surpasses your expectations... one that is memorable to you and your guests because of its success, not because of its failure.

Each venue is unique in its characteristics and construction. As we are engineers, creatives, stage technicians, show riggers, musicians, and event professionals with a combined two centuries of experience, we are uniquely qualified to recreate the “Theater of Your Mind” in any venue by pre-engineering the setup... ensuring your event’s success and your “Peace of Mind.” Additionally, we are able to coordinate with the other vendors at your event, to ensure that they too use the proper systems available, in order to avoid causing any system failure.

We provide consulting, planning, design, project management, and installation & removal of temporary decorative lighting, drapery, audio/video media, rigging, and staging for indoor & outdoor weddings, special events, and theatrical sets.
