It’s been an amazing summer full of love, laughs, and LOTS of delicious homegrown meals thanks to our beautiful bluegrass! A big thank you to all those who have walked our gorgeous grounds in the past few months, we love getting to curate an unforgettable experience for y’all!

It’s a beautiful day to celebrate a pillar of the Holly Hill & Co. family🥳 His name is Roger Solt; owner and supporter of the business for 20+ years! Today is Roger’s 70th birthday and we are honored to highlight all that he has done to help this company get where it is today!

It all started in 1982, when Roger became Ouita’s debate coach at the University of Kentucky; Roger then helped Ouita and Chris invest in their opportunity to buy Holly Hill Inn. From there, and with the help of Steve Mancuso, they explored the world of fine dining and wine together!

These days, Roger can be found dining with a book at Holly Hill Inn 🍽️ or being an instrumental help to the monthly wine guilds held at Fasig-Tipton🍷
