We will be collecting toys/gifts for the families at Greenhouse17, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting families impacted by domestic violence so they can heal and thrive. 🎁🧸💜Please have the gifts unwrapped.

Adventure Awaits for the Andersons!

Abbey & Connor’s engagement story is quite the adventure. They hiked Angels Landing in Zion National Park in mid-January and at the top of the snowy mountain, Connor asked Abbey if she would be his wife.

Their guestbook was a framed photograph of this epic moment where family and friends could sign their congratulatory wishes to the couple.

Wishing these two a lifetime of grand adventures!

Meet Daisy 🌼

Ashley & William’s dog, Daisy brought smiles throughout the wedding day! She was part of their First Look and inspired a signature drink, The Daisy (Spanish sangria with white wine, grapefruit, lemon and orange curaçao) was named in her honor. Daisy even made an appearance on the handpainted champagne bottle!

I’m a huge dog and animal lover! Pets are family. Keep in mind I’m happy to transport, walk and care for your furry best friend so they can be part of your wedding celebration.

The foot washing ceremony is a Christian tradition based on the Gospel of John where Jesus washes the feet of all his disciples at the Last Supper. The act symbolizes humility, love, and respect.

It was a blessing to witness this sacred moment between Ashley and William.

Personalized Table Numbers

Instead of 1,2,3 the table numbers were significant memories and places to the bride and groom. Cape Air played a role in traveling back and forth to see one another during their long distance relationship. St. Louis Zoo was their “official” first date. “Invisible String” was the song Mary Kate knew she would one day walk down the aisle to.

The stories also made great conversation starters!

A First Look that will last a lifetime in my heart! I’m honored that I got to glimpse Mary Kate & Jake’s First Look before their wedding ceremony.

A First Look can be a cherished, intimate moment between the bride and the groom, a time for them both to slow down and revel in each other’s presence and their special day together. That’s what happened here. The love between the couple was almost palpable.

To suspend the moment before the grand reveal, they respectfully kept their backs turned and held hands while sharing heartfelt letters filled with memories and sweet insider jokes.

When the time came to finally “see” one another, they both brightly beamed with love and a few joyful tears were shed too. This is what the wedding is all about - a couple’s love story.

Happy One Year Wedding Anniversary to McKenna & Dillon! 🤍

This October bride had a beautiful Kentucky fall day and the karaoke for the late night after party still brings a smile to my face!

McKenna and Dillon’s wedding party were all married couples. To honor their first dances, McKenna surprised her friends and had the DJ play a mix of all the couples’ first dance songs. Seeing her share the spotlight showed her genuine love for her friends and elevated the whole wedding reception.

When the bride’s sister is a professional baker, you can expect wedding presents that are delectable and sweet.

To honor the couple’s love for the west, baked cupcakes with dipped chocolate cowboy boots and topped their strawberry and funfetti layered wedding cake with a topper of a cowboy and his golden bride.

The wedding was on 4th of July weekend and so Kristen made sure that an apple pie was part of the dreamy dessert spread!

MiddleGround Capital is proud to host a family friendly car show, Cruisin' For A Cause benefiting Lexington Habitat for Humanity on Saturday, July 6th from 11 AM - 3 PM at Valvoline World Headquarters (100 Valvoline Way, Lexington, KY 40509). While supporting a worthy cause, come on out and celebrate Kentucky’s eclectic car culture with a day of music, food trucks, and activities for children. There will be face-painting by MemoryLaine and character meet and greets with Transformers!🎨🤖🚘 Miss Kentucky, Connor Perry will be at Cruisin' For A Cause too! 💙👑 Food Trucks: Boston's Way, Devilish Waffle, Katie’s Happy Hot Dogs, Travelin' Tom's Coffee of the Bluegrass, and Kona Ice All vehicles are welcome! 🎟Registration Fee is $20 per vehicle to be entered into the Car Show (includes admission to the event).
