AKB and Hot Raspberry Jam Pork Loin. Thank you Tomlin Family Acres for the Hot Raspberry fantastic jam.

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Season and rub , pork loin with a AKB seasoning
3.Coat Pork loin with Hot Raspberry Jam
4. Cook for 45-55 minutes or until internal 155F with meat thermometer
5. remove from oven and let rest for ten minutes then….
6. Slice in thin slices

Also try Peach Jam, etc..

Leaf Collection will begin the week of November 4th. Remember, when raking loose leaves to the curb, please be careful not to include rocks, walnuts or large pieces of wood as this can cause equipment damage, injury and delays to the schedule. Leaf piles should not block streets, alleys, or sidewalks due to safety hazards. Leaves placed in alleys will not be collected unless they are bagged.
