"Dei Gratia" is latin for "by the grace of God." This means that I love taking photographs, and it's "by the grace of God" that he allows me to continue.

As a society, the typical photography is a metaphor for our lives. We attempt to force a smile so that in the picture we hold onto we can appear to be happy, in love, and joyful. While in truth there is turmoil and pain in our world and in our lives. So what do I do in light of this? I try and do so much more than just force a visually appealing picture.
