Not sure about the science of this statement but it works for me! My serotonin level is up thanks to my spring seed planting. So far parsley(pictured), thyme, snapdragon, coreopsis and rudbeckia have all germinated. Today I will sow lavender and another variety of snapdragon😊

Was privileged to decorate the Dining Room Christmas tree at Mayfair as well as fill the entry urns with festive greens ! Merry Christmas !

This hibiscus has bloomed like crazy all summer long and I wanted to bring it into my garden room but it had a few aphids. So I cut off the infected branch and banished it to the garage when the cold temperatures dropped precipitously last week. Looks pretty happy to me.

Inside the greenhouse today. Double impatiens, Begonias and geraniums are blooming. The rest are just getting stronger and will be ready to bloom for May. I was in some stores today that had tropicals for sale! Folks, we might get teens this weekend! I want to get out there and plant but it is toooo early!

Sometimes the bride wants a colorful bouquet. I loved designing with green cymbidium, yellow calla, crème de la crème roses, orange roses and crocosmia for this mid-summer wedding.

This beautiful bride chose lavender and blush as her colors. A lovely choice. Ocean Song and Ragazzi roses with white freesia and eucalyptus.
