The Hangar ✈️✨

Our reception space is the most unique one in the Columbia area! Offering rustic vibes and the perfect flow of indoor and outdoor space. We can accommodate 150 guests inside with the hangar door closed. With the door open the possibilities are endless.

The Hangar includes tables, chairs, a dance floor, a rustic bar area, neon sign cake backdrop, a greenery backdrop with a photo-booth, prep kitchen area for caterers and white ceiling drapery.

**Job Title: Part-Time Yard Worker and Maintenance Assistant**

**Description:**
Join our team at Twelve Oak Estate as a part-time yard worker and maintenance assistant. We're seeking a responsible and reliable college/high school student to help maintain the beauty and functionality of our venue grounds.

**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general yard work such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering plants.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, and cleaning outdoor spaces (porches, stables,
- Ensure the venue grounds are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Help set up and tear down tables and chairs for events

**Requirements:**
- Currently enrolled in colleg/high school.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor in outdoor environments.
- Reliable transportation to and from the venue.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Schedule:**
- Flexible part-time hours, primarily on weekdays and occasional weekends.
