A little bit of history 📣

Oct. 26, 1972

The Mine Bar, located in the basement of the old Kootenai Mercantile Building, recently opened for business. Owned by L. Louis Burrell Jr., the bar is under the management of Mrs. Sherry Jellesed. According to Robert Pallo, chairman of the Montana State Liquor Control Board, Burrell is owner of the beer and liquor license along with his sister-in-law, Mrs. Harry Burrell.
