We have one of our favorite recipes to share with you today! Summer grilling season is coming, and we are here for it! These simple chicken satays are easy to eat while mingling, and are packed with flavor. The peanut sauce and fresh green onion create a dynamic combination that will have all of your guests talking about the meal well after the event is concluded. π₯

THAI PEANUT SAUCE
Yields 2 quarts

2 cups peanut butter
2 cups hoisin
Β½ cup soy sauce
ΒΌ cup lime juice
4 ΒΌ cup coconut milk
2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp garlic
ΒΌ cup sambal
3 tbsp sesame oil
Combine all ingredients together in a stock pot and wisk thoroughly, bring to a low simmer to meld all ingredients together. Continue to stir for 3-5 minutes until warm. Careful not to burn!
