We are delighted to introduce our newest team member, Beth Jacoby, Event Coordinator.
Beth is from Milwaukee with a deep love of the Green Bay Packers, Brandy Old-Fashioneds, and cheese curds. She takes after her grandma with her love of entertaining, which lead her to graduate with Event & Hospitality Management degrees from Iowa State University. She has experience in both wedding and corporate events helping bring to life the unique vision of each client. Outside of the office, she enjoys baking, reading, & date nights at our favorite restaurants.

Feels like summer so it should definitely taste like summer! We love this summer chopped salad in a parmesan frico fence – it is delicious, but also full of amazing farm fresh summer produce and our guests are loving it! We always take into account the season when writing your menus, and this salad is a no brainer all summer long!
Pride month in June is always such a joyful month filled with parades, celebrations, and a profound camaraderie with all those that support and love our LGBTQ+ population. But, it is also a time to recommit to the fight for equality and to all work together towards a world where love is love is love. While the month of June is about to conclude, the fight for equality must remain strong! We are and always will be a proud LGBTQ+ ally!
