All my friends and family trying to lose some pounds…. Intermittent fasting. 8 pm till noon next day. Helps with insulin/glucose. Has worked for me to lose my unwanted belly in menopause season! Of course taking supplements at noon rather than morning as well. Use a coffee alternative with no added sugars is also important.
