Meat color is one my favorite topics. The color of fresh meat involves chemistry, temperature, packaging, physiology, lighting, and many other factors.

Here is our VIP menu! $50 per ticket. All tickets have been distributed to culinary students. They will have the physical ticket and will require names of paid guests.

Please contact us if you are unsure of a ticket's validity before purchasing if it's not directly from a student. We had a scam issue last year.

On December 3 at 5:30, and here’s a sneak peek of our menu! Culinary students will be available for inquiries and ticket sales. Pricing is $25 for the regular menu and $50 for the VIP package with expanded options. Due to high demand, tickets are expected to sell out.

Please be aware that we maintain a record of all ticket buyers, including third-party purchases. To verify authenticity, kindly contact us. Admission will be restricted to those on our registered list.
