We are absolutely IN LOVE with our gorgeous new windows - double pane, hurricane proof, excellent sound barrier, and temperature regulator!

Our window artist is in this weekend and all next week to put some beautiful artwork up as well! We couldn't be more excited for all the incredible updates!

We need your feedback! Uni Place offers up an incredible First Friday for all things artists but we hate that we compete with downtown! We want to extend arts throughout the month and be more inclusive for all and to support each other! If we were to still have an incredible night in the Uni Place district focused on the creative arts - traditional art, drinkable art, tattoo art - what day would you like it? A different Friday? A different day of the week?

What about if you had childcare provided for an evening out?

We want to sincerely thank all 98 of our wonderful guests and six artists who made First Friday happen last night! The artwork was incredible with several pieces sold and several more commissions made. We loved the sense of community that was formed and getting to share our wonderful space with everyone!

We are SO excited to host First Friday tonight from 5-8! Free and open to the public, come grab a treat and a hot chocolate while you check out six incredible local artists! Right next door Mo Java Cafe & Roasting Co. is staying open late and having their own live music and acts with LUX Center for the Arts a short walk down the street with their own exhibits. Come make an evening of it and check out Lincoln's only Creative District!

🎨✨ Artist Spotlight ✨🎨

We’re excited to introduce Rosemary Onyango, one of the talented creatives joining us for First Friday on December 6th! 🌟

When we asked Rosemary about her art style, she said, "My artwork explores the interplay between organic and structured forms. Acrylic pouring captures the spontaneous energy of water, while precise line work mirrors the intricate patterns found in nature, particularly trees. My figure paintings pay homage to the strength and beauty of Kenyan Luo women, drawing inspiration from their traditional attire and their significant contributions to society as matriarchs."
