Trick-Shot Saloon Demonstration

I will be at the Great Plains Game Festival, at the Marriot hotel, on Saturday 2-5pm to do a quick pitch and demo in the atrium, to convince people to sign up for the play testing event on Sunday.

Feel free to swing by and say hi!

Sunday has 3 (1hour) spots to playtest at 10am, 11:30am, and 1pm at the events room.

The game is coming along nicely. Video coming soon.

Currently working on a new board game.
I would be open to names, write in the comments.
Current idea is something like western dual or trick shot.

The game has players rolling 5 dice to travese along the grid. See pictures with caption. When it's farther along, I'll make a video with the prototype. Keep grinding at it 😀

4-18 players, best with 6. 7.7 out of 10.0 rating. Just one of our many games available for our Open Gaming Parties.

Team Building Concept: Communication
The first round presents several opportunities for the other player to understand what is being said. How often are we patient and engaged in listening to what someone else is saying?
The second round builds from the second for communication to be more efficient and limited to one word. How often do we make assumptions and only give the other person one chance to say what they are trying to say?
The third round utilizes no words at all. We can ask ourselves what creative way can I convey what needs to be said if my usual means don't hit the mark? Have I explored every possibility to convey what needs to be said?

Core Value Review
Integrity is steadfast adherence to high ethical principles or standards, being truthful, ensuring fairness, follow through on commitments, and verbalizing to others the rationale for actions.

For Example: We strive to be responsible, respectful, and authentic during our presentations and during game play. We don't just remember the date of an event, we remember to bring our full self to it.

Core Value Review
Inclusion occurs when a welcoming environment is created, and it is an equitable environment for all. We are inclusive when we commit to providing a safe space, elevating diverse and minority voices, acknowledging personal biases that may impact client care, and taking a position of anti-discrimination.

For Example: We make sure everyone is included in the games, has a handout, and have a reminder email of the date of the event. We want to see you there!

Excellence in the provision of consistently using current knowledge and skills while understanding personal limits, integrate the client’s perspective, embrace advancement, and challenge mediocrity.

For Example: Many hours have been spent researching, tweaking, and practicing our modules. Being present, accepting and integrating feedback, brings our best self to the table.
