LINCOLN -- At age 71, Annie Husong near West Siloam Springs plans to start slowing down as a vendor at craft shows but she said will continue to set up at the Arkansas Apple Festival as long as she can.

We successfully completed our first Apple Festival as a new committee! It truly embodied the theme “Rooted in Community,” with each committee member leveraging their strengths to restore the festival to its original spirit and expectations. A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to make it a success! ❤️Lincoln proud❤️

We are so happy to introduce to you, our 2024 Miss Arkansas Apple Festival, Rylee Branch.

Rylee’s goal in life is to major in Biology and become an Oncologist. She is a proud member of HOSA and FCCLA and stays as active as possible. She is a football manager and also cheers. In her free time she loves being a volunteer coach for a 4-5 year old basketball team. A fun fact about Rylee is that she loves doing goat yoga.

She can’t wait to serve the community this year and looks forward to seeing you at Arkansas Apple Festival!

🍎INTRODUCING the 2024 Arkansas Apple Festival GRAND MARSHALS! 🍎
These sweet ladies need no introduction, Miss Phyllis Reed and Miss Shirley Bridges are also lovingly referred to as the “Appletown Ladies” if you ever enjoyed a delicious apple cake, homeade pie, or yummy sandwich, these ladies had a hand in it! “Rooted in Community” is the theme for 2024, we could not think of two people more rooted in the tradition of hospitality and community that make Lincoln and the Apple Festival so special! Come celebrate their legacy as they ride in the Apple Festival Parade, Saturday at 10am as our Grand Marshals!

🍎 ATTENTION APPLE FESTIVAL PARADE ENTRIES 🍎
We are SO excited for your entry into the Arkansas Apple Festival Parade! Below are a few details:
1. We would like all parade participants to enter either through the North entrance or East entrance (see map). NOT through East School St. This will help with traffic flow and safety.
2. If you have a large trailer we ask you please enter through the North entrance, West St to Holt Rd to N Main behind the Middle School to the Elementary Parking area. Trailers may be parked there and entries offloaded.
3. Per the map, this is the parade staging/lineup areas based on your entry category.
4. Parade begins at 10am, entries may begin line up at 8:45am.

We’re looking forward to a beautiful Saturday morning and thank you for your participation!

The Parade route will begin at the corner of North Main and East School Street and travel South down Main Street, then East around the Square and Exit out West Bean St!
Pick your favorite place to stand and enjoy the parade!
