Perfect for small gatherings of friends and family, corporate meetings and holiday parties, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and much more! The room can be configured in a multitude of styles, including banquet, board meeting, and classroom seating- with both round and rectangular tables,
we'll find a seating arrangement that works best for your event. Room rental rate include

s your set up and clean up time- Room rental is due at time of booking. Room Rates & Hours: ( Non graduation and Holidays)
$150 for 3 hours Monday to Thursday (9am to 10pm)
$175 for 3 hours Friday and Saturday (9am to 10pm)
$50 per hour after the 3-hour minimum
$800 for 3 hours Sunday- includes a $500 catering credit. $75.00 for each additional hour (10am to 8pm)

Graduation & Holiday Rates:
We charge $250 with a 3-hour minimum for Halloween, UNL Football Home Game weekends and Graduation Weekends (April 15- June 15- Friday/ Saturday) Each additional hour is $75.00. April 15- June 15- Friday/Saturday time blocks:
Morning- 8:00am to 12:00pm availability
Midday- 1:00pm to 5:00pm availability
Evening- 6:00pm top 10:00pm availability
Sunday- $1,000 for 3 hours includes a $600 catering credit. $100.00 for each additional hour (10am to 8pm)

China Rentals: Vintage China and silverware- $3.50 per guest. Pre-set water glasses- $2.50 per guest- one time fill with ice. The Standard Rental Fee (plus any additional fees) must be payable to Doorstep Diner Catering at your time of booking. You may reschedule your event within one year if need be. If we are able to rebook your date a refund less $50 will be issued. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted. We do assess a 4% charge for credit cards.

Catering
You may order from the corporate, thematic, or wedding menus off the Doorstep Diner Catering Website. If catering exceeds $800 Monday- Saturday- $150 will be waived. Those wishing to bring in their own food may do so at an additional charge of $250.00

Beverages
IF you are hosting a private event you may bring in your own alcoholic beverages and mixers. Coffee $2.00 per person, Iced Tea or Lemonade and Water are complimentary. Rentals
Vintage Plates & Silverware $3.50 per person
Preset Water Glasses $2.50

Decorations
Make the space your own! Whatever your event is please feel free to bring in decorations. We do not allow decorative items to be attached to the walls. Glitter and confetti cannot be used. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed for removal of glitter or repainting/patching of walls.
