As this week draws to a close, the excitement is far from over! Halloween is fast approaching, bringing with it an array of spine-tingling festivities. The Lincoln Eagles will be hosting a night of thrills, featuring the musical prowess of HillBilly Deluxe and a haunted dinner platter. This delectable platter will feature a spider slider, meatball mummy, ghostly burrito, and witches fingers, all for $10. Dinner is from 5:30 to 7:30. The band will begin at 7:30, and admission will be $8. Moreover, a Halloween costume contest will be held, with prizes for the top three costumes. We cordially invite you to join us at the Eagles on Friday, October 31, for a hauntingly good time. See you there!

Taco Tuesday is approaching. The Eagles are set to serve their savory Tuesday tacos once more. The menu features a taco for $4, a taco platter with two tacos, refried beans, and Mexican rice for $10, or a nacho salad for $10. Hillbilly Deluxe will join us, treating us to a delightful country music experience. We invite you to bring your dancing shoes and a hearty appetite to the Eagles club on Tuesday, October 28. Food service will be from 5:30 to 7:30. Line dance lessons will be held from 5:45 to 7, followed by the band's performance at 7:00.

Steel City, thank you for an unforgettable night of music and dancing on Friday. The Primetime Café served up some tasty delights, including cheesesteak, hoagies and BLTs, that were absolutely delightful.

Hello everyone. I would like to mention that Hillbilly Deluxe had an excellent music selection last night. This Friday, from 7:30 to 11, Steel City will be performing, with a cover charge of $8. Prime Time will be serving from 5:30 to 7:30 a variety of sandwiches, including a cheesesteak hoagie with a choice of fries, tater tots, or salad for $12, a BLT sandwich with a choice of fries, tater tots, or salad for $10, and a shrimp dinner featuring shrimp, fries, and a salad for $13. We look forward to seeing you there.

We are approaching Tuesday, which means it's time for Hillbilly Deluxe. Join us for a line dance lesson from 5:45 to 7:00, then enjoy music from 7:30 to 10:00. Primetime Café's club menu will be available, and we will also be serving a Mexican casserole with rice and beans for $10, while supplies last.

Tammy Hall and the band delivered an outstanding performance, singing us into a fantastic evening. The food was great. The Mexican flavor was spot on. We had another wonderful Eagle evening.

The Lincoln Fraternal Order of Eagles Number 147 Auxiliary is spearheading a winter clothing drive for the benefit of Lakeview Public School students. This drive will continue through Thanksgiving Day. The club has a designated donation box for new gloves, mittens, hats, and coats. Kindly ensure that all donations are new. For any inquiries, please contact any officer of the auxiliary.
