Shelby visited the showroom today with her sister Sam, and the moms, Leigh Ann and Lori. A few trips through the showrooms to make some selections, and a list was made. Bo will join his bride on his family's property in October for an intimate ceremony. The reception will follow at the Peoria Sportsman Club in Manito and I anticipate a real party!!!

Nonstop laughter with Eric & Kelly, sister-of-the-bride Kim, as well. They arrived needing only to check a few things off their list. Those items selected, along with some extras for their September wedding at the Illinois Building, Illinois State Fairgrounds. Big building that they will fill with a boatload of family and friends!

While the gals shopped around, Noah and I visited. We talked about RLR and the early years here, as well as the business I previously housed in the building. Honestly, one of the nicest guys I've had in my showroom. He and his bride-to-be, Anna, are two of the kindest guests ever! Rounding out the group was the MOB, Catherine, sweet as can be. This family will be celebrating in May at The Nest at Josies Farm, certain to be a wonderful gathering.

I loved my time with Mattison and her mother, Allison. They had browsed the photo albums prior to their visit and knew what they were looking for. September groom, Egan, joined us electronically and assisted with selecting some additional decor. The celebration will be at Hickory Point Golf Club in Decatur.

Several of my favorite black and white decor pieces are now reserved for Mike and Lorie this June. A motorcycle accident last year pushed back their wedding plans but now they are set to say their vows with family and friends at Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center Really enjoyed visiting with these folks.

His mother Mickayla will exchange vows with Ryan at the White Wolf House in Taylorville. I also enjoyed visiting with Crystal, the Mother of the Bride, very sweet family!

October will be here before you know it...that's what MOB Marci has been telling Lauren. So today they made their way to the showroom and reserved some fabulous decor. Justin will meet his lady at the pond at the Decatur Convention Center And Hotel. Lauren knew what she wanted for centerpieces, first thing we added to the reservation list. Nearly a dozen handmade items were included on their list. Sweet! Great visit!

Back for a second look, Maddy was able to bring Logan along! Yay! This lovely couple will gather with friends and family to celebrate late June at Five Points Washington. We revisited their reservation list today, added a few things and adjusted some quantities. And, of course, we talked about the menu, snacks, and treats. OMGoodness, I'm here for any leftovers! 😜

The Rail Golf Course in Sherman is where Grace and Owen will exchange vows in May. This bride had one specific decor item in mind and left with a pretty long list...that happens frequently. Grace's folks, Amy & Jeff, as well as Owen's mother, Missy and Aunt Leslie, rounded out the group this afternoon. Great folks and it was my pleasure to meet all of them.
