When you get to celebrate your Niece’s birthday after 5 years. With families living in different parts of the world, I would always consider it a privilege to get to celebrate occasions together. Frozen is not an animation, it’s an emotion. Every kid goes through a phase of choosing between Anna and Elsa. No matter what the choice, Elsa usually wins the race when it comes to cakes. So here is my take on a Frozen theme cake. Vanilla cake with fresh fruit filling and whipped cream with vanilla buttercream.

Skate party on a winter afternoons sounds like the perfect birthday party theme. Made this cake for a sweet girl on her 11th birthday to incorporate both the winter weather and the ice skating theme. Bottom tier is a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache mousse filling that is a favorite of the birthday girl and the top tier is a white chocolate Raspberry cake with berry Chantilly cream filling. This weekend was filled with orders that are so dear to me. When friends order from you support your business, you cannot be more thankful and grateful 🙏. The cat cake was a combination of chocolate cake with Nutella ganache and marble cake with Nutella ganache frosted with whipped cream. The yellow cake is butterscotch with almond praline in Swiss meringue buttercream and the chocolate cake is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache in whipped cream frosting.
