Sharing the highlights from our groundbreaking ceremony. This time next year will be the ribbon cutting for our final product. These are the never before seen shots of the property with the ongoing landscaping and construction progress. From above you will see where our backyard terrace is laid out. This beautiful space will be finished with brick pavers, landscaped areas with a perfect backdrop of the mansion for wedding ceremonies up to 400 guests and outdoor events. The Reception Pavilion will be a grand open air structure mirroring the timeless architecture of the mansion. This open floor plan will accommodate up to 400 meal seating with additional ambient lighting, catering prep, grand fireplace, and bar area. Thank you to Cara Lee Videography for the beautiful footage. Also, the design and progress so far wouldn’t be possible without a few local businesses who have been excellent to work with during this project.
