5 things you can pass on purchasing…1. Ceremony programs- Only your bridal party should be clued in to when every main thing will be happening, since they are involved in a lot of it. But inevitably, if the timeline gets behind a bit (normal!) then some guests will make sure they watch the clock, when you really want their focus to be on having a good time vs the first dances being 5 mins behind schedule 🤓 they also get thrown away - save the trees! 2. Printed save-the-dates - Save on postage, lean into the digital age & use that money elsewhere! It’s a lot of time, paper & money to spend on them when a really thoughtful well designed save the date through your wedding website will be better received, higher response rates & all the info is right there for your guests whenever they need to access it. 3. Champagne toasts - Please! So much champs go in the garbage. Most of your guests already have their drink of choice by the time champagne toasts happen. Have them toast with their own drink - much less work & waste for the same sentiment! 4. Late night bites (ooooh, controversial! 😜)We hate to see it, but by the time those late night sliders come out, your guests are much more focused on boogieing on the dancefloor. As coordinators, we normally have to convince people to take them so there’s not an insane amount of uneaten leftovers and we hate to see it! 5. Party favors - We will keep this one simple - they won’t miss having a koozie or a bottle opener with your date on it.
