Johnny and I are business partners but we also are married couple. We have been together for almost 8 years and sometimes is difficult to keep up with our "work-life balance".

Here are 4 tips we learned down the road:

1.- Set boundaries: Sometimes is difficult to stick to the work schedule as much as you can. I know, we do not want to miss any opportunity but we need balance in our life.

2.- Plan your day: Planning your day is fundamental to stick to the work schedule, set goals for the day and try to achieve it

3.- Practice self-care: We take small breaks during the day, even we go to the gym or take a short walk. It helps us to recharge, clear our mind and come back with new ideas

4.- Quality time: We try to reconnect once a week during breakfast or dinner time talking about everything but work.

I won't deny, it is not easy but it is possible to balance your work with your personal life, YOU just need to try. Start making time for YOU, because balance is the key to the success 🙌✅️
