IMPORTANT MESSAGE

To all of my partners, clients and friends.....

It has been brought to my attention, by a few of you, that the owner of another car service company has been posting messages across Facebook along the lines of "Buyer Beware". He has included Home James, as well as other local companies making comments and posting pictures at various venues implying that we are operating illegally, without the proper authority and without the correct insurance.

It is not my style to get into any sort of altercation in the eyes of social media but I owe it to all of you to address this here.

Home James, Inc. is operating under the full operating authority of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for passenger transportation, with more specific authority for interstate passenger transportation (applies to trips to Newark Airport, Cape Liberty Cruise Terminal in Bayonne, MetLife Stadium, Atlantic City, casinos in PA and CT and every other point outside of NY).
Home James, Inc also carries the required amount of insurance for both the business and the vehicles.
