After 30 years of catering and hospitality experience, Executive Chef and Founder Craig Borlik opened State Street Feed & Supply. Craig studied from the Utah Valley State College Hospitatlity Management program and took classes from the Cordon Bleu School of cooking. His experience includes working at Sundance Resort for Robert Redford as well as being the corporate chef for Brick Oven. Craig has
expanded his culinary experience by opening and managing many successful Utah restaurants including The Soup Garden, Applebee’s, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and others. Craig can cater events ranging from an intimate engagement dinner for two in a private cabin to a mountain top event for 2,500 guests and everything in-between. His clients include many of Utah’s top companies, entertainment and film crews, Brigham Young University athletic departments, private clients and more.
