My path to the professional hospitality industry was more unconventional, my love for cooking can be traced back to my Southern, Creole and Cajun roots. I begin cooking and baking at age 9, learning from my grandmother and great-grandmother, who taught me the art of cooking Southern Soul Food. While in college, I would cook to earn extra money and quickly gained a reputation for cooking good food

and was affectionately called Betty Crocker. I’ve had many corporate jobs from entry level to top level paying positions and though the money was good, After 21 years and facing major medical challenges, I grew tired of the corporate culture and lack of creative freedom. I have built several relationships with other small businesses to offer full service events planning, full service catering, full service limo/ charter service, floral and decorating services, DJ and entertainment services, as well as, travel planning and consulting services. We pledge integrity, courtesy, and 100% customer satisfaction. I don’t want to just sell food, beverages, and service but to provide memorable experiences on every occasion. We offer services for events such as weddings, funerals, reunions, food festivals, large religious and corporate organization events, travel, destination weddings, honeymoons, ect. We appreciate your business and look forwarding to serving you soon.
