I can’t believe it’s two years today since this beautiful wedding! Happy Anniversary S + M!! ❤️
Really missing the gorgeous, finishing touch that spirea brings to bouquets and arrangements. The heavy rains we had really shortened the local harvest time this year. 😭
A sweet bouquet basket for bridesmaids! I think this is a great alternative bouquet for a spring or summer outdoor wedding! What do you think?
A special arrangement heading out this morning! Love that I was able to use some fresh flowers from my own garden in addition some beauties from 🌸
Dreamy white on white!

The flowers I used at the open house were so gorgeous that I decided to make a bridal bouquet to use them in another way. It’s really a gloomy day here, but I stood by a window to get as much light as I could! It kind of works though with the moody lavender shades in the bouquet.
Happy Valentine’s Day!!! ♥️
Magical! I spent a snowy Saturday at on a styled shoot planned by .photography and . This amazing shot by .photography took my breath away! Our models were all in, even with wind gusts and blowing snow! And, the shots inside the cozy garden house are equally stunning! Can’t wait to share more from this beautiful day!

A great way to keep to your wedding floral budget is to repurpose ceremony florals at your reception. Use a floral arch to frame your sweetheart table and any ground florals in front of the table. Now that’s my kind of repurposing!
October has become such a popular month to get married! Just ask my three boys and their wives! All got married within one week of another - thankfully not the same year! Happy Anniversary to Josh & Sarah, Caleb & Lizz, Seth & Brynn!
And, because October is such a popular month with couples, be sure to secure your vendors early!!
I received the most amazing gallery from earlier this week and it was so hard to choose just a few images to post here today! But, I’ll be sharing more of this beautiful wedding in the days to come!

It’s a “moody” Monday, so I thought I’d talk about setting the mood on your wedding day! And, the best way to create a romantic wedding day mood is with candlelight! Did you know that some florists provide candles? You don’t need to buy all of those candles for your wedding day only to resell them on Facebook Marketplace! Hire a florist who has an inventory and can provide them for you! It’s one less thing that a bride needs to worry about! Swipe to see Heritage Flower Design’s current candle inventory!
Dip perfection! Did you know there are so many articles and videos on how to do the perfect dip at your wedding? And, some epic dip fails! Just Google it! If you’re getting married, practice your dip!

Terracotta anyone? I’m loving how this tone on tone arrangement came together with mostly all Lancaster county blooms! There are dahlias, zinnia, celosia, amaranth, love in a puff, broom corn and crabapple branches. And, I can’t not mention the gorgeous Moab roses that were the inspiration!
Do you have a favorite flower? For bouquets, it’s got to be ranunculus for me!
I love to use vintage items in my designs. For this pink arrangement, I used a vintage brass chest with a bowl nestled inside with a flower frog. And, there’s so much local goodness in this design, including some blooms from my cutting garden. The dahlias, phlox and gorgeous cosmos are from . The lisianthus and foxglove are from my garden. The sweet peas and ranunculus are from .
I shared some scenes from my little cutting garden this morning on stories, but this sweet rose needed to be in the spotlight! I’m so glad I added some garden roses from . They have won my heart!
Yesterday was a gorgeous day for Alix and Mike captured by the amazing . See more in my stories!
