from the original spring street joint to our newest ATL location in grant park, mellow is evolving. our first-ever prototype store is here, designed to bring the same magic with a modern twist: kiosk ordering, digital menu boards, and a lineup of exclusive new menu items specific to this location.

it’s a new way to mellow — and it’s only right that it’s happening in the city where it all began. atlanta is where we started. and where we keep leveling up. 👾
