Gongfu tea is a traditional Chinese tea ceremony that dates back to the Song Dynasty and is known for its elegance, simplicity, and focus on the sensory experience of tea.
During the ceremony, host, Judy Thurman, will brew a high-quality Chinese tea using traditional techniques. The tea is served in small, Yixing clay cups, allowing participants to savor the flavors and aromas of the tea. Judy will guide participants through the tasting experience.

The winter cold has officially set in and our buzzing bees are nowhere to be found— unless you know where to look! 🐝 What happens to bees can vary depending on their role in the colony and species but many types of honey bees retreat to their hive and form clusters. The bees then vibrate their muscles (similar to shivering ❄️) to keep themselves and the hive nice and toasty.
