Key Safety Tips for a Safe Holiday:

Flame Resistance ≠ Fireproof:
Our tent tops are made of fabric. Fabric is not steel. Our tents are certified flame resistant, not fireproof. The tops will resist fire, but won't withstand a bonfire or strayed fireworks.

No Flames, No Exceptions:
Never allow open flames under or near a fabric structure. Keep bonfires, lit candles, stoves, and any burning items far from the tent. Even the smallest ember, carried by a breeze, can ignite tent fabric, ropes, or ratchet straps.

Watch the Wind:
Fire outside the tent can still pose a hazard. Plus, smoke from campfires or grills will cause permanent damage to the tent top canvas! Pay attention to which way the wind is blowing for both inside and around the tent.

Be Prepared:
Know your water sources. Have fire extinguishers ready and their locations known. In case of fire, evacuate immediately and call emergency services. Never re-enter a burning tent.

Suwannee Valley Event & Party Rentals is looking for new team members. Applications can be picked up at 516 5th Street, Live Oak, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 9 am to 2 pm.

Applicants must have a good standing driver’s license and transportation to/from work. Heavy lifting is involved. Duties include installation of party tents & stages, deliveries, maintenance, and cleaning. 30 to 40 hours on average weeks and overtime during peak seasons. Starting pay $14.50, per hour, with an opportunity of increase of $1.00 at 6 weeks review.

Our service area includes as far East as Jacksonville, West as Tallahassee, North as Nashville Georgia and South as Steinhatchee, Florida.
