Today, we were able to take part in Impact Day with Prologis at the animal sanctuary in Stockton. Pulled pork and Chicken sandwiches with macaroni salad was today's lunch for the volunteers.

Loving this hot🔥 weather and 3 days of tri-tip🐂 ♨️ catering this week. This batch was seasoned with Santa Maria Rub. It's got the perfect ratio of pepper, herb, salt, and sugar free. Fantastic on tri-tip, chicken, pasta dishes, or just about anything. Hog Logs and cooking wood post oak splits paired for consistent heat and perfect smoke.

Forget the cake and give me the steak!🥩 Picked up two beautiful steaks from the local yesterday for my birthday dinner. Reverse seared on the 22" Kettle. Added a chunk of post oak for a little smoke and all natural briquettes for a consistant heat. An easy, guilt free, absolutely delicious cook, all while staying in Keto.💪 Seth loved it so much, he ate steak and eggs for breakfast.

Great dinner before the Jo Koy show tonight. Got the short rib estofado with a side of grilled vegetables. The fresh chicharrones w/ avocado along with all the food was absolutely 🔥🔥🔥.

Boneless skinless chicken thighs wrapped in no added sugar uncured bacon. Smoked on the with pecan wood. Seasoned with Desert Gold seasoning. Delicious on veggies, chicken, fish, and pork. Bacon wrapped goodness goes great with a fresh salad.
