Our Famous Maple Brûléed Cornbread is made with local butter, fresh eggs, whole milk, vanilla bean paste, and NYS maple syrup. We have kept it the same price ($0.99) since 2004, that’s over 20 years. We will never shrink it down or change the recipe to save a buck. We proudly serve it at every event we cater, and even showed it off at the James Beard house a few years ago!

We make a fermented hot sauce with peaches, habaneros, roasted garlic (not sweet) it is yellow in color and takes you by surprise, we were calling it Yellow Fever but found out that name was taken, so then we called it “Peaches Habanero”it was to the point but a little boring, a customer came up with the not so P.C. name of “Hurtin’ Ass” because of the next day side effects if you have too much!
