This past week American Dining Creations and American Food & Vending held our annual leadership summit. Above all else, it reminds us of what is possible when we move as one. We brought our senior leadership teams from all lines of business together to strengthen cross-divisional collaboration, align on growth, and double down on what matters most: our people, our clients, and our guests.

From start to finish, the energy was real—dynamic guest speakers, a client panel that spoke candidly about priorities, rich collaboration across segments, and a powerful conversation with our ownership group. We left with practical applications, fresh ideas, and a renewed sense of direction to elevate performance, profitability, and partnerships in the field.

Most of all, we left inspired and connected—ready to turn best practices into daily habits and momentum into measurable results.
