Hey everyone!! We're still here, but sadly, business has just been on pause. Unfortunately, we are without air conditioning in the food truck. We have tried other alternatives, but it is just too hot without the main unit. We are waiting for the part that we need for the unit to come in. Once the AC is repaired, we can be back up and running. Additionally, Corky’s Munchie Meals hours will be changing soon. And that update will be posted accordingly. Life has been throwing a lot of curve balls our way, one after another. But we are rolling with the punches and taking it one day at a time.

We do hope and pray that everyone is okay from the impact that Hurricane Beryl made on Polk County, TX, and other cities/counties as well. 🫶

Last night was wild!
What took us 12 hours to prep for y'all demolished in 4 hours. We are happy that y'all came looking for us and we are sad that the ones that missed out did not get to try us. But alas we will be cooking it up again tomorrow!
