Today our catering taquiza was beyond delicious, lot of hours all I took was some of the appetizers, I did not had time, we made asada, chicken and pork tacos, with cilantro red rice, and frijoles de la hoya, Cilantro, cebolla, lime, green and red salsa.
For appetizers we had tex/mex mini chimichangas with our guacamole crema, Mexican shrimp cocktail and bowl of fruit.
