My princess step daughter, my wife Nancy's daughter, last year I decided to build a bond with her, guide her and teach her about life, respecting her relationship with her dad, I want to be a father figure to her, so she can remember what I did when I'm gone.
Now I'm teaching her how to save money rolling quarters, dimes, nickles and cents. So we can do stuff together.
She don't really know how much I love her, when I started my relationship with Nancy she was 6 yrs old, I take her to school, I cook for her, we talk in the car, I text her everytime to let her know I love her etc. I think I'm doing a pretty good job ! I want to impact her life

Today our catering taquiza was beyond delicious, lot of hours all I took was some of the appetizers, I did not had time, we made asada, chicken and pork tacos, with cilantro red rice, and frijoles de la hoya, Cilantro, cebolla, lime, green and red salsa. For appetizers we had tex/mex mini chimichangas with our guacamole crema, Mexican shrimp cocktail and bowl of fruit. Thank you to little Ruben and my wife Nancy they worked their butt off. My pain level in 1k

Tomorrow's the last day to order for the bbq chicken, jalapeño cornbread and vegetarian chili. MESSAGE NOW

When is my turn to cook for my grandkids birthday tomorrow!! Grinding brisket and spare rib meat for burgers, oh yeah!!

Next month our team's in charge of cooking for 11 clinics around central valley, Thanksgiving Dinner for 250 ppl plus vegan dish for a number of employees who don't eat meat. We are professional, honest, clean, perfectionist and experts on what we do, international cuisine. Chef Rafa, Chef/Owner who's showing the valley, how to overcome from a stroke, he cooks with only his left hand, but managed to trained his team on being his right hand, with God in everything he does, making things happen. WE ARE READY FOR YOUR EVENT!!
