Yesterday was crazy busy!!! We were up before the chickens prepping all the fresh fruit, veggies, fresh baked cookies and breakfast tacos for our beautiful bride and groom to have brunch at Fountain View Farm - Wedding Venue while they were getting ready, then we did the whole divide and conquer.....lol I took my son and one of our granddaughters to an early wedding, 175 ppl Brisket, Chicken, Baked Beans and Green Beans was our brides choice and a huge hit with everyone!!! Then my husband, daughter-in-law and our other granddaughter did the later wedding of 230 ppl Brisket, Chicken, Ranch Beans with Brisket trimmings and homemade Mac-n-Cheese for the win!!!
I love when all our guests are so happy with their meal and come back to let us know how we did and ask for our info....it truly warms my heart and makes what we do worth it all!!!

Roll'en Thunder BBQ food truck will be open this week, Tuesday through Thursday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm at Eastex Outlet Center on 190 west.
We will have BBQ Loaded Baked Potatoes and Sandwiches....your choice of Chopped Beef or Pulled Pork and of corse our homemade Banana Pudding!!!!
