This was one of our weddings this weekend at SJP RANCH, beautiful colors, amazing couple, DJ Ivan Ent., was rocking the party out & had everyone on the dance floor and of corse the food was on point according to the beautiful new couple and their guests!!!
Cajun Chicken Alfredo with Garlic Bread & Mixed Green Salad with the works!!!

Wow!!! 3 weddings and 2 brunches and one fast pace weekend!!! I love what we do and wouldn't change it for anything!!!
I do belive that this was one of my faves this weekend, I love the cross and the gorgeous flowers that they chose to decorate with, absolutely stunning 😍

Brunch for this amazing couple and their wedding party!! I absolutely love doing these for our couples and making sure they get something to eat during all the hustle and bustle of getting ready for their big day!!

Lol....we have been in business for 12yrs catering to all of our amazing clients and I have not paid to be on any list or page and I'm not going to start now!! We do everything we can to keep our prices as low as we can for our clients who also end up as friends & family❤️

Had a great time at Fountain View Farm today!! An absolute gorgeous venue and such amazing people to work with that we call family!! Loved getting to talk to so many brides, grooms and their families and serving up some tasty samples to everyone!!!

Ever since "covid" hit, we can no longer get our amazing sausage drop shipped to us and here at Roll'en Thunder BBQ we will not disappoint our clients!!! Sooooo, it's a beautiful day to enjoy a lil road trip!!!

Wow....what a day!!! First we had a brunch at Fountain View Farm - Wedding Venue this morning, then back to the shop to get prep for dinner, also at FVF, serving street tacos, Spanish rice, charro beans & elote with all the trimmings....Michael and the girls went and took care of this one while my son and I went over to SJP RANCH and served Cajun Chicken Alfredo with garlic bread and a side salad!!!
We couldn't do this with out our amazing crew that I can always depend on!!!
Thank you so much Joey, Stacia and Tayler, y'all are the best!!!

We had an amazing event this afternoon at Lewis Lane Boutique VIP 🛍️DOWNLOAD OUR APP!!! Pink Friday was a huge success! We set up our new display with our beautiful charcuterie boards, love the way they turned out!!! Thank you to my husband Michael for bringing my vision to life for me & thank you to my daughter Alicia for helping with the whole set up and display, they were a huge hit with everyone🩷
