Booth fee is $30 which includes the $5 fee from the City of Llano.

We are opening up a limited and reduced amount of vendor spaces for the LEAF Reunion 2025. ( Please note this is a scaled down version of the regular LEAF festival)This is a two step process. The first step is filling out and returning your vendor application to LEAF. Once you are selected by the LEAF committee you will be sent instructions on how to complete the requirements for the City of Llano, which will conduct a background check.

We don’t accept vendors selling mass produced novelty type items
You will need to include payment when you submit your application.
We anticipate that spaces will fill very quickly and you will not be considered unless your application and payment are both received.
Deadline for applications will be close of business Wednesday February 19, 2025, but it is to your advantage to get your application with fee in as early as possible. If the City of Llano denies your application you will receive a refund less the $5 processing fee charged by the City.

Check in time will be 3pm to 6pm on Thursday, March 27th and 7am to 11:30 am on Friday, March 28th, 2025. You vehicle absolutely must be off the festival grounds by 11:30 am Friday. These are the only times you will be allowed to have your vehicle on the festival grounds until the end of the festival Sunday evening. Your booth must be open and manned at all times the festival is open. Friday noon to 7pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Electricity is not available this year. Generators are not allowed.

The LEAF Reunion will not be responsible for any injury suffered by exhibitors or for the safety of their property, nor for any loss resulting from fire, theft, wind, hail, or accident from any cause. It is advised that you have your own insurance for this gathering. Exhibits will be subject to approval by the vendor staff. There will be NO fi****ms, pornographic items or items of poor taste allowed. Vendor parking shall be in the designated area. Booth assignments will be at the sole discretion of the LEAF Reunion volunteer in charge of vendors

Renowned Land Artists from around the globe converge each spring on the banks of the Llano river to create a must-see display of Earth Art that is awe inspiring. This year will focus on the Earth Art and the World Rock Stacking Championships, and although we won't have live music or workshops, we’re still gathering at Grenwelge Park in Llano, Texas on March 28, 29, and 30 to celebrate the spirit of LEAF through earth art and community.

This is an open invitation to anyone who wants to join in, contribute, and create something beautiful. Whether you’re a seasoned artist, simply want to get your hands dirty or just want to be a spectator, this is all about coming together to honor the spirit of LEAF and the magic of artistic expression in a laid-back, relaxed atmosphere.

When: March 28-30, 2025
Where: Grenwelge Park, Llano, Texas

No pressure, no schedules, just pure creativity. Bring your supplies, your ideas, and your love for nature, and let’s make something amazing together!

Although we will not be coordinating a vendor village or food court this year, we are currently ironing out details with the City of Llano to allow a small number of vendors. We'll share more info ASAP.

A Fabulous Film from the Land Art event in Ireland called Talamh. Several of the artists who participated in this event have also created at LEAF.

The Talamh Movie is now freely available online...Immerse yourself in the amazing world of land artists from around the globe as they create breathtaking land art on The Copper Coast in Ireland during the Talamh Land Art Festival. Witness the art of stone balancing, sand art, willow sculpture and intricate mandalas using sticks, stones, leaves and other natural materials.

Over 20 internationally acclaimed land artists are featured throughout the film. Over the course of a 10 day gathering these artists were given the freedom to explore and create their artworks in locations of their choosing throughout a vast landscape designated by UNESCO as a Global Geopark. The locations they chose includes Gaulstown Dolmen, Kilmurrin Cove, Dunhill Castle, Benvoy Beach, the Anne Valley and Bunmahon Cliffs.

This film was produced by The Art Hand with beautiful cinematography by Michael Pixie O'Gorman, Pixie's Kingdom. Directed and edited by Sean Corcoran with a specially created soundtrack by Stooert Flores. This film features the inaugural Talamh Land Art Festival in September 2023.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCENT:

This is Binky la Faye founder of LEAF. After 10 years of producing this festival we are sad to announce that LEAF is no more.
Two years ago the original LEAF committe - after many years of sacrifice, hard work and huge obstacles to overcome- decided that we could no longer make the sacrifices that needed to be made in order to produce the festival. We talked with a new group of folks who were excited to take the helm and continue on. We all had high hopes that things would move forward and LEAF would proceed and would continue to be an internationally recognised, unique festival that drew thousands of people to the banks of the Llano River each March.
There are many reasons this decision was made, but lack of volunteerism and lack of funding have been the biggest hurdles. Its doesn’t help when some City and County officials are against the festival. But the nail that sealed the coffin was zero funding from the county for 2025.
We are proud of and grateful for the festival we all created together and you are included in that creation. Every person who attended from the featured artists, the bands, the performers, the workshop presenters, the fashion circus participants, the vendors and especially the volunteers and all the attendees made LEAF the amazing Event that is was. We had a great run. And we created a global community with other similar festivals being spawned.

We made lifelong friends from all parts of the world. Thank you for loving LEAF and thank you for helping make the dream come true , the dream of a gathering of love and peace and nature and creativity, sprinkled with song and learning. People from all different backgrounds, walks of life, political views coming together in nature to create with nature is, to me, one of the most uplifting experiences.
I hope you will all continue to commune with nature and create Earth Art whenever you can.

Amazing festival by Sean Corcoran going on now in Ireland. Check it out!!!🍀🍀🍀

Festival hint for Sunday. 🤪 10am to 5pm at spectacular Ballydowane Beach. A traditional fire ritual with Di**le Druid/ Juli Ni Mhaoileoin / Juli Malone. Step back in time on a geology tour with the manager of the Copper Coast Geopark Robbie Galvin. All artists onboard. All hands on deck! Very special. Further details to be revealed!
