Good Afternoon Folks! I will have 4 extra Turkeys for sale and pick up on Wednesday (next week) between 8am and 10am.

These are Sweet Tea and Molasses Brined Cajun Turkeys. They are injected with Creole Butter then slow roasted at 275 and basted (butter and Turkey stock) every 15 minutes until done.

21 to 23 lb turkey
1/2 pan of dressing (feed 12 to 15)
Giblet Gravy
Basting Liquid for Reheat (reheat instructions)
$90.00 - Not a bad price considering Honey Bake costs $79.99 for just a 12 to 13 lb turkey.

Pleas note: These are not burned but the molasses cause the skin to caramelize.

I'd like to give a quick shout out to Greenlight Signs in Opelika for doing such great work adding our logo to our newly acquired Nissan van. He also added our website to the back door.

Wilton's Catering (established 2006) is a locally owned business in Loachapoka, AL (about 5 miles outside of Auburn, AL). We specialize in tasty, scratch-made food for all occasions. Wilton’s Catering is owned by Chris Wilton, Senna Barnett, and Lisa Wilton. We three owners, along with Catering Associate, Rachael Tierney take great pride in the products we serve, ensuring everything leaving our kitchen meets our very high standards. Executive Chef, Chris Wilton is an Auburn University Alumnus and he has spent most of his time in the past 19 years learning about what people in this area love to eat. Chris never stops learning how to create new and inventive dishes, while perfecting the southern comfort food of his childhood. Event Manager, Senna Barnett has extensive customer service and catering experience and she works very hard to ensure every event runs smoothly, and our customers are left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and stress-free. She will make you feel like your event is being run by a good friend.

Office Manager, Lisa Wilton will work with you to book your event, discuss payment options, and answer any and all questions about your menu and event.
