Your buffet doesn't have to be boring or normal if you don't want it to be. I love nothing more than using local meats and produce to make it something special. If steak medallions are what you like we can do that, with delicious sauces to match blue cheese mushroom sauce or whiskey cream, local pork chops with pepper relish made with local peppers. Lobster Mac and cheese or caramelized onion Lobster risotto, local green beans or carrots and more!
