Ruth’s Flowers 2 is in no way affiliated with Ruth’s Roses or any other name. Be careful ordering online as to who you are actually ordering from. Unfortunately in the past couple months people call me because they think they ordered from me but it was the other place. Apparently Ruth’s Roses is a less than dependable business and flowers are not being delivered. I’m so sorry people are experiencing this. There is nothing I can do about this other than advise them to dispute the charges on their card. We are a true brick and mortar business that welcomes customers to order by phone, in person or online. We don’t “farm out” any of our orders. If you ever experience any problems with one of our deliveries please call us and it will be made right.
