It’s this weekend!! The Clements Schoolhouse Craft Show!! Are you planning to come see me?!? I’ll be right inside the front door with fabulous things, some quilted, some wooden! Here’s a sneak peek at the new lace ornaments for Christmas! They look fabulous on the tree, but they are beautiful tied on packages or gift bags too. Where it started in 2012 and where it is now! Hard to believe the little boys who started this business have grown up! Drew works for Hewlitt Packard now and Joel is attending culinary school! That leaves mom to do wreaths! And mom is doing it!!

The Traditional wreath is mixed greenery, pine cones and a red velvet bow for $30; The Decorated adds red and gold balls for $40; and the Gold Star (will be gold snowflakes this year!) is all gold balls and ribbon with a large glittery focal ornament $50. Delivery in Lodi is free and will take place after Thanksgiving! Wreaths will be fresh and beautiful all season for you! Did I mention they smell wonderful??

So…I’m a firm believer of no Christmas decorating before the Thanksgiving turkey leftovers have been packed away…

BUT… technically, if you reserve your Christmas wreath now, you would not be decorating until AFTER Thanksgiving when it is delivered. That’s a long winded way to say that it is time to order your wreaths!!

Traditional mixed evergreen wreath with pine cones and red velvet bow is $30 (same prices as last year!!), a Decorated with red and gold balls is $40 and the elegant Gold Star with gold balls and gold ribbon is $50 (although I am not certain I can get the gold stars this year, I will do something beautiful and gold in its place if necessary!).

Avenue Florist Junior is gearing up for the 2021 season now!! We will offer the same gorgeous wreaths as we always have, but a few things have changed.

First, due to the growing responsibilities of the Drew and Joel with outside jobs and school, deliveries will be made by one or the other of them (and possibly by mom). This year we have opted to not sing…it was cute when we were little, but now that we’re older it doesn’t seem so adorable (and mom has never been willing to sing!).

Second, the pandemic world has created shipping and supply demand problems that have touched almost every product. Sadly, our wreaths were not exempt from market increases. So, this year a traditional wreath will be $30, a decorated wreath will be $40, and the gold star wreaths will be $50. It is the first increase in about four years, and we apologize that we simply could not hold to our past pricing.

Even with changes, what you can expect is the same fabulous quality product, our exceptional customer service, and a smile with every wreath delivered. We appreciate all of our customers who have been with us for the past ten years!! And we look forward to seeing you again this season!

It’s a new year and the new masks are now in stock!!

New this year: all masks come with comfortable elastic ear loops that are ADJUSTABLE!!! As always, each mask is made of two different fabrics allowing for each mask to be reversible. They are 100% cotton, double stitches for durability, and machine washable. And they are available in bright springy colors!!

Like last year, masks are $7.50 each or 3 for $20. Come see us at The Coloring Book, 1213 W Lockeford Street in Lodi, Monday through Friday 9:00-5:30.

Unveiling the Ornament line for this year today at the Coloring Book! They are open tomorrow from 8-5:30 (same hours M-F, but closed on Thanksgiving) and all my holiday goodies will be on display! Including an extensive selection of holiday masks!!

New this year is hand painted tile ornaments. Each tile is hand painted, sealed, finished with soft felt on the back and fitted with a hanger. No two are the same!! They are packaged for easy gift giving (even if you are just gifting yourself!!) and are priced perfectly, just $5 each, for secret pal gifts, thank yous, or just because occasions.
