I went on vacation right after the Festa; I am now back and back to work. I would like to thank everyone at Oakdale FES for allowing me to capture all these special moments; I know I was not what everyone expected, but I hope you all like the video preview posted below. Happy ! Here’s a super simple recipe for a berry parfait – a light and refreshing dessert that’ll get you and all your guests in the spirit of the holiday!

INGREDIENTS:
🫐 1 cup blueberries
🫐 1 cup chopped strawberries
🫐 whipped cream
🫐 optional: graham cracker
🫐 a standard glass

DIRECTIONS:
🫐 Take a spoonful of chopped strawberries and place them on the bottom of a cup
🫐 Take a spoonful of fresh blueberries and place them on top of the strawberries
🫐 dollop some whipped cream on top of the fruit
🫐 optional: sprinkle some graham cracker dust on top of the whipped cream
🫐 repeat until the cup is full
