Growing up in a household of six family members, I started cooking at the age of nine years old. Determined to be an outstanding cook like my mother, I became eager to learn all of her recipes and secret ingredients. Having her approval and trust in the kitchen made me feel like I could dupli

cate each and every dish she made. Growing into an adult I began to cook for all sorts of parties and family get-togethers. It is a deep feeling to see someone lick their plate and ask for more. I realized my hands were gifted in preparing dishes that I enjoyed sharing with others. Our main goal is to live up to our company name. With a name like “Slap it in Ya Mouth,” we are aiming for your taste buds with stunning results. Fresh, mouth-watering “slap-o-licious”dishes are what we ensure, offering a variety of soul/comfort foods and desserts. Catering service is delicate, not about food only. It is the entire process of cooking to serving. Guaranteeing quality in every single step, we work hard to deliver every food item with a “Slap” presentation & memorable taste.
