We had the honor of Catering a 100th birthday celebration for WWII Marine Veteran Dorothee Irwin today. We stepped out of our niche and served up a classic high-tea spread with cucumber cream cheese, coronation chicken, and classic egg sandwiches along with all pastries, jams, spreads and goodies. Best event ever!
