Since I was young, entertaining friends and family gatherings have been one of my greatest joys. Celebrations of any type are an expression of love and life. I believe that any person I meet is like a friend or family and welcome in my home. Serendipity means a fortunate accident and so many great things have happened to me just by those fortunes. I have met the most outstanding clients and been h

onored to be a part of some of the greatest weddings, fundraisers, corporate events and special occasions. It is a pleasure getting to know each person not just by the needs of their event but learning of how their life has brought them to the present day. Best Wedding Planner Ever

If you are looking for a full-service wedding planner who can handle any asks you might have, is quick on her feet, and is, most importantly, incredibly kind and empathetic, look no further. We cannot say enough kind words about Julia and her team. Our wedding was multi-part and involved several cultural elements, yet Julia was able to handle all of it with ease and made us feel so taken care of throughout the process. She helped us think of creative solutions to all sorts of problems and advocated for our vision when coordinating details with other vendors. And on the day-of, Julia was nothing short of a lifesaver whenever we encountered obstacles or unexpected hiccups. We’re so lucky to call Julia a friend today, more than a year out from our wedding, and we would recommend her to any of our dearest friends (and have already!).

So grateful for such a kind and sincere review 💛

Julia and her husband Mike made a wonderful addition to our wedding because they are great humans. Professional, easy to work with, provide a level of care larger wedding planning houses cannot reach, and they genuinely love, love. Providing the correct insight to my wife and I at every turn, and ensuing us what we want the day to look like is exactly what came about. What I can say with absolute certainty is our wedding would not have been the same without Serendipitous events. From the pre planning meetings where we were advised with honesty, to the actual day where everything came together exactly how we wanted and more. Julia & Mike were right there behind the scenes ensuring their imprint and care for my wife and I was felt by all in attendance. If you have the opportunity to have a chat with them prior to selecting a coordinator I would strongly recommend spending the time getting to know Julia & Mike because they impress in so many ways outside of assisting on a huge day. Thankful in every way we selected Serendipitous events to be a part of our wedding!

Finding an exceptional caterer in So. Cal seems like it would be simple especially since we have such fabulous restaurants and cuisine. After 20+ years in both the catering and Wedding spaces, I never thought I could be as blown away as I was this past Saturday. We have found incredible caterers in the past 12 months and I wanted to take a moment to shine a spotlight on

Beginning with Cindy our journey to July 12th was perfection. Excellent communication, a tasting that knocked our clients' socks off, continued phenomenal communication, and then 12 out of 10 in ex*****on. Ryan, Ash, the onsite chefs, and the entire service team were like a Tony Award-winning Broadway show.

The cuisine is outstanding but the service is top notch. I am still finding the words to describe how fantastic our entire vendor team was, but Fundamental was absolutely spectacular.

Thank you. Thank you, so much for reminding me that Excellent service still exists.
