Highly Recommend!

Julia was the best coordinator we could have asked for! Her hard work on the day of our wedding allowed us to sit back and simply enjoy our special day. She ensured everything was running smoothly throughout the day by coordinating with the venue staff, keeping us on schedule, and handling all the details in between. Leading up to the day of, Julia was accessible for any questions we had regarding planning and was exceptionally gracious in her communication. Not to mention the beautiful job she did on our wedding florals as well! Our wedding would not have been the amazing event it was if it were not for Julia.

Many do not know that we have ventured out into retreats at what we feel are some of the most stunning natural settings we have seen. Beyond the scenic beauty is the purpose, meaning, connection and humanity. This is what our heart and soul desire. To create spaces were many can explore their lives in a multitude of ways that are inspired by nature. This is at HFR just outside of Sedona. We are in our 6th year of producing retreats and our 1st year producing Daughter of Earth
This experience still leaves us wading in magic and forever touched by all the souls that made this a dream.

We have been so very blessed with some of the best couples over the past 2 decades. Some of which have become more than clients, but great friends that are like family. These two are absolutely that to us. It was such an honor to be a part of Kelly and Mark's wedding day. The moment I saw her name pop up on my phone, I was overjoyed to simply say hi and catch up. But to be asked to help plan and coordinate their wedding in Temecula was simply a gift. The journey with them was great because their POV was acceptance of all that they knew weddings had become and they didn't want that. They also wanted their wedding day to be defined by their journey and what they desired, rather than what was trendy, expected or even suggested. I could go on and on, but these images absolutely tell the story of them. It poured rain for over 24 hours and they embraced the day as if it was all sunshine.

Kelly and Mark, you are friends for life and we can't wait until your trip overseas and we meet again for wine and dinner.

Thank you for 73 years of scenic beauty, incredible love stories, and most recently being the 1st historic landmark on our stunning Peninsula. I am grateful to you and for you. I know the decision was not easy but is for everyone's safety. Many parts of the Peninsula are experiencing slides and unprecedented land movement, causing many to have to leave their homes. It was a matter of time that it would happen to this precious piece of history. Sending tons of love to everyone that is a part of the Chapel.

Such an inspired and creative collaboration, The Expansion. This is our 4th year, and it continues to grow in every facet of possibility. Out December begins with this phenomenal week at the .events location and sets the tone for an incredible month. We are honored to be the production team for this experience and want to encourage you to take time in 2024 to see what they are all about. This experience together always connects us deeply to nature and one another. Mike and I seek to find ways to step outside the mundane, overspending and overtrending experiences to assist in elevating our conscious selves. This experience and everything we produce at HFR does just that. We are beyond, beyond grateful for the opportunity to produce and manage events anywhere, but this ranch is pure magic. The moment when our couples truly feel the reality of what their wedding day means is our most favored. When I hear the words, it feels real, I know that months of planning become something of a distant memory, and they both remember what inspired him or her to ask, "Will you? " and the other to not hesitate to say "yes. " 

We aspire to help our couples enjoy the process of planning and not focus on what feels like a task list. It is such an incredible moment, and their vows often bring both Mike and I to tears. We are so grateful for the moments, the captures, the deliciousness, and the grovemasters that help make a wedding day so special and memorable. But we are extra grateful to our couples that remember that the most important part of their day is the love they share that reminds us of the BEST part of our humanity.

We have met some incredible couples/individuals over the past 2 + decades and it has been truly remarkable to watch the journey of everyone along the way. We have also met some remarkable vendors that have blessed us with their talents and generosity.

This wedding was memorable not only because of the thoughtfulness of these two beautiful humans (center ) but also because of the photographer who touched my soul and the venue

Today they celebrate 6 years of their marriage journey and we reflect back on a truly beautiful day.

Truly breathtaking view...
Everyday I awake grateful to my parents for moving us as babies to this absolutely beautiful place called the Peninsula.. surrounded by rolling hills of green as well as this part of the Pacific.. blessed is an understatement. It has been a moment since I have done an event at PVBAC, but it took all of a second when I drove up to do the walk through and opened the iron gate leading down the cascading stairs, to remember how fortunate we are to have so much scenic beauty surrounding us.

I took a moment this morning as I looked through the gorgeous photos sent by my sweet and talented friend to express gratitude for everything. But especially to my parents who knew exactly what they were providing for their children over 50 years ago. Thank you June and James and thank you for continuing to smile down upon us.

We LOVE to eat. I mean truly love, appreciate and are so grateful for having such expansive palettes. For us, an event is an adventure and an exploration of sp many aspects of life. Cuisine is one that can truly move the soul. Desserts and sweets have taken on so many different forms, we like to play with our boards and share what an art food can be. This, is the art of sweet grazing.. Pair with a Gewurztraminer AND a port wine. Perhaps add a Stilton and drizzled with a lavender honey....

Thank you for allowing me to be an elopement planner on your site. Through you, I found this beautiful couple that I helped to plan their vow renewal. The day was incredible because of them, the location... I mean it's Yosemite..OMGOODNESS always in awe! But if the surrounding beauty wasn't enough...
They each had surprises for one another during our 1st look photos in the park.
He, proposed again with the ring he always wanted to give her.
She, surprised him with a positive pregnancy test of the boy he has always prayed about.
Yes, I cried. A lot. Kassandra and Jake, this was truly why we love being a part of this day got couples. The love eclipses everything else. Thank you for trusting us with such a special day and time in your lives.

I am joyfully overwhelmed as I look at our calendar for the rest of 2022, and also of 2023. Events, as we know, have returned like a thunderstorm and are certainly a great way for everyone to feel reconnected. It is imperative that we are all still reminded that exercising caution of the health of others and ourselves is still extremely important. We are preparing for our 4th Ralph's Ultimate Tailgate Season. Partnering with Viable Retail Solutions and Ralphs to provide staff that make this experience the best yet! 

We also have an extraordinary opportunity to work with a lighting expo in DTLA. We will be ending the year with our 3rd Expanse (retreat) at the property near Sedona in December. As always, we are so very grateful for all of our clients and for every single person that believes in us and trusts our ex*****on. We have the warmest and kindest couples for our last few weddings of 2022 and can't wait to celebrate and honor this day with them. 

2023 is going to look a bit different as we begin to roll out our calendar.  We are exploring and expanding possibilities of events and what they look and feel like,  and quite transparently fulfilling more of the dream of what we want to convey in our branding and in our work ethic. As 2023 approaches, we hope to show more of what that looks like and hope it resonates. We are grateful for you, grateful for this beautiful life and all its wonder.
