Since I was young, entertaining friends and family gatherings have been one of my greatest joys. Celebrations of any type are an expression of love and life. I believe that any person I meet is like a friend or family and welcome in my home. Serendipity means a fortunate accident and so many great things have happened to me just by those fortunes. I have met the most outstanding clients and been h

onored to be a part of some of the greatest weddings, fundraisers, corporate events and special occasions. It is a pleasure getting to know each person not just by the needs of their event but learning of how their life has brought them to the present day. Highly Recommend!

Julia was the best coordinator we could have asked for! Her hard work on the day of our wedding allowed us to sit back and simply enjoy our special day. She ensured everything was running smoothly throughout the day by coordinating with the venue staff, keeping us on schedule, and handling all the details in between. Leading up to the day of, Julia was accessible for any questions we had regarding planning and was exceptionally gracious in her communication. Not to mention the beautiful job she did on our wedding florals as well! Our wedding would not have been the amazing event it was if it were not for Julia.

Thank you 😊 🙏.. it was my pleasure to be a part of such a memorable day. The joy is still contagious!

Many do not know that we have ventured out into retreats at what we feel are some of the most stunning natural settings we have seen. Beyond the scenic beauty is the purpose, meaning, connection and humanity. This is what our heart and soul desire. To create spaces were many can explore their lives in a multitude of ways that are inspired by nature. This is at HFR just outside of Sedona. We are in our 6th year of producing retreats and our 1st year producing Daughter of Earth
This experience still leaves us wading in magic and forever touched by all the souls that made this a dream.

We have been so very blessed with some of the best couples over the past 2 decades. Some of which have become more than clients, but great friends that are like family. These two are absolutely that to us. It was such an honor to be a part of Kelly and Mark's wedding day. The moment I saw her name pop up on my phone, I was overjoyed to simply say hi and catch up. But to be asked to help plan and coordinate their wedding in Temecula was simply a gift. The journey with them was great because their POV was acceptance of all that they knew weddings had become and they didn't want that. They also wanted their wedding day to be defined by their journey and what they desired, rather than what was trendy, expected or even suggested. I could go on and on, but these images absolutely tell the story of them. It poured rain for over 24 hours and they embraced the day as if it was all sunshine.

Kelly and Mark, you are friends for life and we can't wait until your trip overseas and we meet again for wine and dinner.

Thank you for 73 years of scenic beauty, incredible love stories, and most recently being the 1st historic landmark on our stunning Peninsula. I am grateful to you and for you. I know the decision was not easy but is for everyone's safety. Many parts of the Peninsula are experiencing slides and unprecedented land movement, causing many to have to leave their homes. It was a matter of time that it would happen to this precious piece of history. Sending tons of love to everyone that is a part of the Chapel.

Big bear - Sessions Retreat and Hotel 9.22.24 Such an incredible day to have a wedding. The autumnal equinox is the day when the Earth's axis is tilted neither toward nor away from the sun, resulting in nearly equal amounts of daylight and darkness at all latitudes. The equinox occurs at the same moment worldwide.  From the sweet couple.. On September 22, 2024 I had my wedding at Sessions Retreat hotel and it was an amazing experience. The staff Sydney, Frank and the wedding coordinator Julia provided me and my husband’s family with such care it was breath taking. They were extremely helpful with set up and tear down. This meant a lot to us as weddings can be extremely stressful! I highly recommend having your wedding here as the bar area, lights, and atmosphere were perfect for a stunning rustic theme!!
