PaPa Smoke’s BBQ We make several flavors of bacon, prepared brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork and sausage. At this time we do not have a sit down eating area.

We smoke our meats then vacuum seal and freeze them for use anytime, simply thaw out the portions you want to prepare and submerge them into a hot water bath of about 160° and once hot it will smell and taste like it’s fresh off the smoker. Don’t these look amazing? Time to cover and bump temps. Plenty of color, bark and Smokey flavor, 19 hours in. Look at that juice, big reason why we cook in pans. Thanks FireBoard 2 and the Pitmaker Vault for making such great Smoked treats.

Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days, the whole job search n all, I’m out here in the Lone Jack Baptist Church parking lot today til 4. Stop by tom and grab some amazing heat n eat bbq. Tonight we got a late start on dinner so we grabbed a bag of our vac sealed pulled pork, heated it up and made these amazing pulled pork Nachos for dinner. Amazing flavor, amazingly a quick dinner with bbq. We will be out in the LJ Baptist Church parking lot tom 11-4. Stop by while supplies last. Grab some burnt ends, brisket chop as well as all our bacon and brats we make. All made right here in Lone Jack in our licensed commercial kitchen.

Looks like this weekend is gonna be a great weekend to cook out. Stop by the Lone Jack Baptist Church on Sat 11-4 and grab some of our 15 flavors of brats n sausage! How about 4 great flavors of thick cut bacon? Don’t like to cook out? We’ve got ya covered there too, pick up some of our amazing burnt ends, pulled pork or our brisket chop.
