PaPa Smoke’s BBQ We make several flavors of bacon, prepared brisket, burnt ends, pulled pork and sausage. At this time we do not have a sit down eating area.

We smoke our meats then vacuum seal and freeze them for use anytime, simply thaw out the portions you want to prepare and submerge them into a hot water bath of about 160° and once hot it will smell and taste like it’s fresh off the smoker. Just a little catering job for tomorrow, the ole Pitmaker Vault is just yawning as well as the FireBoard2 controller. We will be back to big cooks n sausage making next week. I could be out here full time and love it!!! We have a good stock of burnt ends, brisket chop as well as pulled pork pkg’d and ready for your heat n eat bbq anytime. Message me if ya need some goodies. We have several flavors left in the brats n sausage so inquire if we have your favorites and I apologize for being out of those that have called. I promise next week I’ll get 10-15 butts ground up and be back fully stocked. Have a safe and happy 4th as we live in the Greatest Country in the World.

We’re all set up in the LJ Baptist church parking lot, stop by and grab those burnt ends, pulled pork and brisket. Pick up some brats n sausage for a great day of grillin’ after all we have 15 flavors of that and 4 amazing flavors of thick cut bacon. “From our kitchen to yours, better getcha some!”

Did I mention I was not only doing burnt ends and brisket today but also after 15 days curing I’ll be smoking our Bourbon Maple and fresh Cracked Pepper bacon which we slice thick. It’ll be ready this weekend too! Along with our Raspberry Chipotle and Biurbon Jalapeno. Stop by and getcha some!

Man, this sure is tender and extremely moist brisket. Now to get the chop in the cooler and these burnt end cubes all slathered up and back onto the smoker for another hour. Yes, they do taste amazing already! We will be out on Sat in the Lone Jack Parking lot 11-4.
